Daddy got Cecilia a new scooter last month - apparently the most popular scooter in the U.S. since every kid in the playground seems to have it. We opened up the box at night in our condo, and of course she wanted to start riding it immediately, so we let her take a few passes in the hallway:
I think it was the very next day, we took it to the park for her to ride, with Aaron and Jacob on their bikes. Within half an hour, it seemed that she had mastered it:
On some of the long stretches of sidewalk or paths in the park, I had to almost run to keep up with her. Jacob was also nice enough to let her have a turn on his bike (while he rode the scooter, of course):
