Day after Christmas

The day after Christmas, we made it to Ben and Jen's for our third (and final) round of Christmas gifts! There was a big storm, so we didn't stay too long, but everyone had a great time.

Opening gifts at Christmas

This is Cecilia helping Jake to open his gift!



And this is Dad opening one of his gifts. It's a long video... However, you can see that Cecilia is preoccupied with the box for the rest of the time. :)

Fish Hatchery Video

This is from when we went to the fish hatchery in Sacramento over Christmas. Grandma had so much fun helping her to feed the fish. The little fish pellets would stick to her hand, so she would shake and shake her hand to get the pellets off. And still, not that many of them would make it into the water, so while she wasn't watching, Jake would toss a bunch of pellets into the water in front of Cecilia so that all the little fish would jump all over each other in front of her, trying to eat the pellets. :)

Activities on a snow day

Cecilia and I are having a great snow-day! I don't have to go into work, and she's not going to day care! Wooo hooo! So we can be in our pajamas allll day (or not).

Lerner Winter Holiday, 2010

Here are some pictures from the Lerner Winter Holiday from December of 2010. There is a selection of pictures below, but the full album can be found here.

The night before, we stayed with Grandma in NYC. Cecilia liked wearing her fireman hat!


And she got to lick all the cream cheese off of the bagels without actually -eating- the bagel itself.


The next day we went to Adam and Zaza's place for presents and a big dinner. I think Zaza was cooking and cleaning the entire time!


We had a great time catching up with everyone.

And of course, Grandma!


Everybody had to learn how to share Grandma. :)


After a yummy meal, everyone had to take a little breather, including the kids. :)

Thanksgiving in NYC, 2010

We went to New York City again this Thanksgiving - Carol throws a great dinner!
