Wingaersheek beach, part 2

It was one of the first nice days of the spring - May 7, 2011 - and we decided to take Cecilia to the beach! We went to Wingaersheek beach, which is a little bit north of Boston, near Gloucester and Ipswich. I don't think Cecilia remembered the beach when she went at the age of 1 year old, so this was amazing to her, and we had so much fun! I think Pete already posted some pics/video of this in a previous entry, but I never got around to downloading the content off of my phone. So here it is:

Here are also several videos. The first one is of her really discovering the beach, and, on her own, she starts digging and saying, "let's build a sand castle!"



Then we got her hard-core castle-building tools out (her pail and shovel) and went to work in earnest:



When it started getting a little too cold to run in and out of the water (see an earlier post), she had a lot of fun climbing the rocks with Daddy:
